Refunds are only available for the first payment of the subscription. Subsequent payments are non-refundable.

Refunds for project-based services are evaluated on a case-by-case basis and are subject to the following conditions:

A refund request must be submitted within 30 days of the project start date.
The project must not be completed or delivered.
